Who is this course for?
This course is for film and TV professionals who intend to co-produce with foreign countries, work for foreign film and TV crews or work abroad as the film industry becomes more and more globalised. Some examples of people whom it would suit:
- Proficient cameramen or editors who want to get jobs with international film and TV crews coming to Russia;
- A junior film producer seeking to take his or her project to a major international film market;
- A recent film school graduate looking for a job.
Who designed the course?
Our course creator, Vladimir Kozlov, is a Moscow-based author, journalist and independent filmmaker. For many years, he covered the Russian film industry for leading international media. He is currently developing a documentary co-production project and has designed Let’s Talk Film based on his wealth of experience, including time spent as a teacher in the US.
How is the course structured?
The course consists of a series of six modules, each lasting 2.5 hours, delivered over the course of about two weeks. The total teaching time is 15 hours.
