Terms & Conditions - Group Courses is operated by Learn2 UK Ltd, for which the registered address is Learn2 UK Ltd., Oxon, OX5 3DP, United Kingdom. The company manages bookings and payments for English language tuition. These general terms apply to all group courses, but please see your invoice for any exemptions specific to your course.

Prices and Payment

The prices displayed on our site are inclusive of all fees. We organise group courses and provide a framework for finding tutors, scheduling lessons, handling payments and measuring progress. To secure a place on a Futuresay group course, learners are required to pay the full course price in advance. Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Prices are set in dollars and payable online through PayPal.

Group Size

The maximum number of learners in any Futuresay group is 12. Most groups are smaller. Where the maximum size is smaller, this will be specified on the invoice.

Lesson Dates

Lessons will take place on the dates specified in the course description. If the assigned tutor is ill or unable to attend, the class will be given by a replacement tutor when one is available.

Lesson Locations

In exceptional circumstances, Futuresay group courses that are held at external venues, such as art galleries and libraries, may have to be rescheduled or relocated to alternative venues. In such cases, any replacement venues will be within 500 meters of the original venue and all members of the group will be notified by phone.

If for any reason you wish to cancel your group lesson booking, Futuresay will provide a full refund at any point up to the 24 hours after your first lesson.

To register as a learner on Learn2, you must be over the age of 18.

We do not store credit card details or share our users’ details with any third parties.
